Comment: Modernization being done to our elevators, during this process they somehow blew the control for badge access, Scott Dunklin came right over got it working like flipping the light switch

Comment: I supervise the security for a large estate in Dallas. Recently we were hit with a lightning strike. 10% of the active 65 cameras were damaged or knocked offline. In addition, the alarm system was disabled. We immediately contacted an online technician and began the diagnosis of the system to determine the extent of damage and initiate the repair process. Using the online technician to evaluate the extent of damage also allowed us to arrange repair parts and cameras. The service department immediately scheduled two technicians to come onsite and complete the repair process. By close of business that day the alarm system was fully restored, and the video system was operational. By using on hand supplies and the onsite technicians\' ingenuity all but two cameras were fully operational. Outstanding service.

I have an older system that needed attention…Scott Dunklin came out and helped check the system, reset everything so it worked properly and walked me through everything with kindness and patience! What a wonderful experience and peace of mind that I can still count on DSS for the past 35 years!

Rudy with Dallas Security Systems helped walk me through an issue I was having with our security portal and was so patient and helpful. He helped solve the problem and had no issues holding while I was testing the cards. Great service and super friendly.

I called DSS to come look at my parking garage access gates for my commercial property and I was more than satisfied with how the technician, Mr. Rudy, handled the situation. He was already working on it by the time I arrived and made sure to test the system a few times with his work vehicle before he even thought about leaving. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with commercial vendors. Also, the office dispatch who set up the service call was very friendly. Scott came out to check out a sensor and went above and beyond to get sensors working I didn’t even know were broken. Also helped me get set up on the mobile app which is a HUGE help!
